margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p></section><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-align: left;line-height: 1.75em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">“西安事变”发生后，邵武轩积极投身西安抗日救国群众运动，参加了工人、学生、市民等十多万人的游行示威。</span></span><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">1946年9月9日晚,关中分区司令部侦察科长王方民奉命率领10多人(大都是从部队抽掉的连排干部)组成的武工队,来富平和同官(今铜川)一带山区开展游击活动。仅半个月就建立了数十个隐蔽据点,其中有薛镇的化石村、白庙的白绫沟、大水峪的三尺、老庙的万家窑、长春的三条沟、曹村的周家坡、大渠里、尚书村及小惠的西王家等。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-align: left;line-height: 1.75em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">1946年10月下旬,王方民同关中分区的雷振东、马爱云、省工委派来的周惇以及地下武装人员惠章杰等,带领20多名武装人员,第二次进入敌战区活动。不久便配合同官许天杰领导的游击队,摧毁了同官县红土镇乡公所,缴获长短枪20余支;并打开仓库,把200多石麦子分给当地穷苦农民。这次战斗扩大了政治影响,震慑了敌人,受到群众热烈拥护,使游击队迅速发展到70多人。1946年冬,关中地委决定成立富同工委,同年11月成立富同游击支队。随着队伍的扩大,富同游击队又分成两个支队,一支队长惠章杰,副支队长王师亭;二支队长许天杰,副支队长周有才;两个支队政委仍由雷振东兼任。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-align: left;line-height: 1.75em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">1947年元月,富同游击支队回关中分区整顿月余后,许天杰、王方民奉令带领两个支队返富同地区继续开展斗争。1947年夏,富同工委撤销,恢复了富平县工委,富平和同官游击队也开始分建。</span></span></p><span leaf=""><br/></span></section><section style="margin-left: 8px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p></section><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.6em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;">1947年春,在地下党员王俗明等人的发动和组织下,在曹村尚书村的石灰窑上成立了富平县武装工作队(也称游击队),周志有任队长,陈安德任副队长,郑得有任指导员,队员有40至50人。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.6em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;">正当游击队发展壮大之时，却发生了一件大事，差点让游击队遭到灭顶之灾。这件事正是由队长周志有引起的。周志有是三条沟桐树壕人，之前在庄里镇附近的唐河堡一地主家扛长工，因与地主小老婆私通之事败露，被地主买通镇衙关入大牢，后越狱而逃，深夜潜入地主家杀死地主，逃往石马岭表弟家，经表弟介绍认识了曹村的地下党员王俗明，参加了游击队，因苦大仇深作战勇敢，被任名为队长。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.6em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;">周志有在一次去庄里镇侦查时私会地主小老婆，不幸被人认出告发，遂被抓捕。后在其情妇的劝说下叛变。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.6em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;">国民党驻军在周志有的引导下直扑游击队驻地，幸好一部分队员出外执行任务，幸免遇难。此次事件游击队损失大半，后陕西省工委委派邵武轩带领二十余人火速赶到富平对游击队进行整顿，由陈安德任队长，一个月后，周志有被游击队处决。同年4月,武工队配合解放军攻打耀县,取得重大胜利,缴获大量武器装备,充实了武工队和富同游击支队。1947年夏,富平和同官游击支队分建,陈安德领导的武工队和富同游击队第一支队合并,编为富平游击支队,共100多人。同年秋季发展到150多人,王维任队长,邵武轩任政委。下设3个中队:一中队长任忠义,二中队长陈安德,三中队长刘天升。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.6em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;">1948年初,陕西省工委决定成立路东工委,统一领导富、同、蒲、白4县的工作。随之又成立了路东纵队,各县的游击支队和挺进支队均归属路东纵队领导。富平游击支队被编为路东纵队第五支队,支队长王维,政委田绍锡。1948年11月,路东工委撤销,富平成立县委。路东纵队进行整编,除组建一个团补入第四纵队外,其余部分仍留归各县。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent: 2em;text-align: left;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><section style="margin-left: 8px;
