margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">卤泊滩位于富平县刘集、张桥两镇与蒲城县原仁乡的交界地带，东西长17里，南北宽3~4里。因盛产锅板盐，故名盐滩。当时滩里约有三四百家盐棚，盐民达千余人，以熬盐为生，自产自销，并不纳税。1929年1月，陕西省政府在原施家镇设立蒲富盐务保运分局，专管盐的销售和征收盐税。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">1931年上半年，盐务局又给各产盐户加税，激起众怒，盐民纷纷愤而罢工，拿起工具，包围盐务局，反对加税，围打缉私人员，散发传单。近百名盐业工人冒雨冲进局内，砸烂门窗玻璃，殴伤局长。在这次斗争中，10多名工人被捕。后经党组织营救和多方斡旋，迫使当局释放了被捕工人，取得了“减税一元半”的胜利。</span></p></section><section style="justify-content: flex-start;
