visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; visibility: visible;"> 一、拒绝无证机构，保障安全与权益。无证培训机构未经审批，存在建筑、消防、防疫、卫生等多重安全隐患；其资金未纳入监管，师资资质与培训内容未经审核，极可能出现“卷款跑路”、“退费难”等问题，您的家庭利益和培训质量均无法得到保障。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; visibility: visible;"> 二、拒绝隐形变异培训，维护教育规律。暑假期间，以“托管班、AI自习室、阅读馆、书店、教育咨询、文化传播、托管服务、国学素养、夏令营”等名义违规开展的学科类培训（含幼小衔接培训）有所抬头，严重扰乱教育教学秩序。此类隐形变异培训是假期重点治理对象，请您高度警惕，审慎选择。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; visibility: visible;"> 三、规范缴费行为，保障资金安全。一是不一次性缴纳超过 3个月或60课时的费用，一次性缴费不超过 5000元，坚决不预存学费；二是通过教育部“全国校外教育培训监管与服务综合平台”购课缴费，且报名手续完备；三是要与机构签订 《中小学生校外培训服务合同（示范文本）》（教育部、市场监管总局2021年修订），索要正规票据；四是费用要支付至对公账户，切勿转账给个人账户，自觉抵制各类“打折”“赠课”“低价”等促销诱惑。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
