font-size: 17px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px;"> 2013年 8月26日，住房城乡建设部、文化部、财政部联合公布了<strong>“第二批列入传统村落名录”</strong>的村落名单，陕西省富平县城关镇莲湖村名列其中。莲湖村曾经是富平县治所在地，历经了数百年繁华，因此又称富平老城。1970年5月，富平县治从莲湖村迁至新城区后，莲湖村回归为安静的村落，在这座历史悠久的古城上，保留着众多历史古迹，获评2025年度陕西省优秀文物保护项目的藏书楼为其中之一。</span></p></section><section data-role="paragraph"><p><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px;">富平藏书楼匾额“图书馆”落款是“南海康有为”，缘于张扶万邀康有为到富平讲学。光绪二十三年（1897），张扶万到北京会考进士，结识并踊跃加入了由戊戌维新运动领袖康有为、梁启超等成立的“保国会”。康有为年长张扶万9岁，张尊康为师，又系朋友关系。1923年，康有为来陕期间，因南北方言有别，张扶万全程陪同并兼翻译。后张扶万邀请康先生到自己的家乡富平走一走，康欣然前往。</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px;">前代孙杨指：明代大公无畏、发奸如神的太子太保孙丕扬（民间有“孙丕扬不转堂”惩治恶吏等传说），和当官十年坐监狱七年为民请命的御史杨爵。下一句讲自己敬佩清初富平籍鸿儒李因笃（字子德，号天生）。紧跟着话锋一转，说到了张扶万倡修的文昌渠及家宅的位置，意为张扶万也同前人一样为国为民值得称赞。最后一句说自己在顾炎武（人称亭林先生）之后来到富平。着重讲他同张扶万友谊深厚。因喊出“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”的顾炎武与富平李因笃有深厚交情，虽顾比李年长近20岁，但仍以兄弟相称（同康、张一样属忘年交），也是因李游学富平，并存有诗作：</span></p></section><p></p><p><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align:left;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2.17647em;font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">张扶万陪康有为应邀到富平县第一高小（前为湖山书院，现望湖楼处）给师生讲学时，恰逢富平正在建藏书楼。参观方知：所建藏书楼经费，是胡景翼将军在“逐陆之役”后筹款重修望湖楼的余资。负责望湖楼重建的是富平贤达郭锦屏（名藩，以字行），施工期间精心选料，杜绝浪费，自己纯属义工，分毫不取。不但按时竣工，且节余经费如数返还胡将军，将军知其历年热心社会教育事业，很少为自己着想，导致家境窘迫，便让其用余资修缮郭家住房。郭推辞不过，便用这资金和自己筹到的一些钱为富平建造起一座藏书楼。康有为听说这一事迹后，敬郭品德，随即撰写</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">“江上一轮月，海底半席天”</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">对联一副相赠，并为正在建设的藏书楼题写了</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">“图书馆”</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 匾额。</span></span></p><p style="text-align:left;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2.17647em;font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;
