margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">根据人社部、财政部《关于2025年调整退休人员基本养老金的通知》（人社部发〔2025〕38号）等文件精神，经人社部、财政部备案并经省政府同意，决定对2024年12月31日前按规定办理了退休手续的企业和机关事业单位退休人员（含退职人员，不含新中国成立前参加革命工作享受本人原工资100%退休金待遇的老工人，下同）的基本养老金(含退职生活费，下同)进行调整提高，现将有关问题通知如下。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(186, 4, 4);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">一、退休人员每人每月增加30元。</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">二、退休人员15年及以内的缴费年限（含视同缴费年限，不含折算工龄，下同）部分，每人每月增加10元；超过15年的缴费年限部分，每满1年每人每月增加0.7元。缴费年限按整年计算后，不足１年的按１年计算。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">三、以退休人员本人2024年12月的基本养老金（机关事业单位退休人员基本养老金不含职业年金）为基数增加0.52%。增加金额计算到元，不足1元的部分按1元增加。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">四、退休人员中，1944年12月31日以前出生的，每人每月增加30元；1945年1月1日至1949年12月31日出生的，每人每月增加20元；1950年1月1日至1954年12月31日出生的，每人每月增加10元。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">五、本次调整后，企业退休军转干部基本养老金低于所在市（在省级参保的原行业统筹企业以全省）企业退休人员基本养老金平均水平的，予以补足。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">六、本次调整所需资金，参加企业职工基本养老保险的从企业职工基本养老保险基金中支付；参加机关事业单位基本养老保险的从机关事业单位基本养老保险基金中支付。未参加职工基本养老保险的，由原渠道解决。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;
