margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(186, 43, 69); font-size: 15px; line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.生活美容经营者应当执行相关法律法规，具有明确的服务项目范围，并按照其服务项目范围提供服务，在营业场所公示营业执照、卫生许可证、人员健康证、卫生检测报告、美容产品合格资质。若想同时从事医疗美容服务的，必须经卫生健康行政部门登记注册并获得《医疗机构执业许可证》或者《诊所备案凭证》后方可开展执业活动。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2.如果未取得《医疗机构执业许可证》或者《诊所备案凭证》擅自开展医疗美容活动的，卫生健康行政部门将按照有关法律法规予以行政处罚：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(186, 43, 69); box-sizing: border-box;">《医疗美容服务管理办法》第二十三条规定：</span></strong>任何单位和个人，未取得《医疗机构执业许可证》并经登记机关核准开展医疗美容诊疗项目，不得开展医疗美容服务。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(186, 43, 69); box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">《中华人民共和国医师法》第五十九条规定：</strong></span>违反本法规定，非医师行医的，由县级以上人民政府卫生健康主管部门责令停止非法执业活动，没收违法所得和药品、医疗器械，并处违法所得二倍以上十倍以下的罚款，违法所得不足一万元的，按一万元计算。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3.非法开展医疗美容，造成人员死亡或者产生严重不良后果，涉嫌构成非法行医罪，将受到公安机关的刑事处罚。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em;
