max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">《通知》强调，针对当前新冠肺炎疫情工作，各县（区）级综合医院的感染性疾病学科建设和诊疗能力要优先完善、提升，要做到感染性疾病科的设置相对独立，内部结构布局合理，“三区两通道”设置清楚。达到二级综合医院标准的县级医院感染性疾病科门诊应设置独立的挂号收费室、呼吸道（发热）和肠道疾病患者的各自候诊区和诊室、治疗室、隔离观察室、检验室、放射检查室、药房（或药柜）、专用卫生间；达到三级综合医院标准的县级医院感染性疾病科门诊还应设置处置室和抢救室等。设有感染性疾病病房的，其建筑规范、医疗设备和设施应符合国家有关规定。各县综合医院要选拔技术好、责任心强的医务人员充实到感染性疾病科，要注重对规章制度和工作流程落实情况的监督检查，保证感染性疾病科的医疗质量和医疗安全，切实提高感染性疾病的诊疗能力和救治水平。</span></p></section></section></section><p style='margin: 0px;
