text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3月16日，市农技中心副主任马小平、植保站站长刘艾英等一行来富平指导小麦条锈病监测及防控工作，在县农技中心主任田家强及植保相关人员的陪同下先后到齐村镇、梅家坪镇、庄里镇、东华街道等镇办条锈病易发田块进行调查。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">条锈病是随着气流传播的流行性病害，具有传播速度快、发生面积广、危害损失重等特点，其危害可以让小麦减产20%-30%，最严重的可以损失到一半甚至绝收。今年我省小麦条锈病偏重发生，且发病较常年偏早，是十年来发生最早，面积最大，程度最重的一年。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">马小平强调，小麦是富平县农业主导产业，种植面积高达70万亩，防治工作尤为重要，县农技中心一要加大监测力度，准确掌握发生动态，抓住病菌源头，做到早发现、早治疗，把病害损失率控制到最小范围。二要发动群众进一步扩大监测范围，对发现小麦条锈病的田块要及时进行联防联控、群防群治，确保病害范围不扩展。三要开展宣传培训，强化技术指导工作，确保今年夏粮生产安全。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 0px;
