text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; letter-spacing: 1px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;"> 为加强后备力量储备，《办法》规定，县（市、区）委组织部按照每村不少于2名的标准，建立村党组织书记后备力量人才库。村党组织书记后备力量应重点从村“两委”班子副职中遴选，本村致富能手、外出务工经商返乡人员、本乡本土大学毕业生、退役军人中优秀人员也可纳入。村党组织书记一般从后备力量人才库中选拔。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 5px 0px;
