text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">3月18日，县农技中心在刘集镇曹管村召开了春季小麦条锈病、茎基腐病</span><span style="text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">春防现场会，现场会由中心主任田家强主持，农技中心副主任许烨就条锈病的发生特点、当前发生现状及我县为防控条锈病所做的准备工作作了详细介绍，农技干部赵小宁就小麦茎基腐的症状、危害及防治措施作了简要说明。现场会共出动了2架自走式喷杆喷雾机，6架植保无人机现场示范作业680亩，并为附近农户发放条锈病识别、防治技术材料50余份。</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">今年条锈病在全省偏重发生，是近十年来发病最早，程度最重的一年，当前随着气温的回升，也有利于小麦茎基腐病、红蜘蛛、蚜虫等病虫害的发生危害。我县是种粮大县，今年小麦种植面积70万亩，粮食生产安全尤为重要，县农技中心高度重视，及早安排部署。通过召开此次现场会，并利用电视新闻节目进行广泛宣传，旨在引起全县广大农户高度重视，在做好麦其他病虫防控的同时，密切关注小麦条锈病的发生动态，一旦发现，立即开展防治，治早治小，力争降低菌源基数，避免该病害在我县引起大范围流行发生，确保夏粮生产安全。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; line-height: 1.8; letter-spacing: 1.8px; padding-right: 10px; padding-left: 10px; font-size: 14px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">条锈病是随着气流传播的流行性病害，具有传播速度快、发生面积广、危害损失重等特点，其危害可以让小麦减产20%-30%，最严重的可以损失到一半甚至绝收。今年我省小麦条锈病偏重发生，且发病较常年偏早，是十年来发生最早，面积最大，程度最重的一年，因此，我县小麦条锈病防治工作亦不容忽视，望各镇（街道）、农户密切关注条锈病的发生动态，积极采取预防措施。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">一、危害特点</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">危害部位：危害以叶片为主，叶鞘、茎秆和穗部也可受害。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">发病时期：苗期到成株期均可受害。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">症状特点：受害叶片上产生大量黄色的粉孢（夏孢子堆），夏孢子堆破裂时散出大量的黄色粉末，即为夏孢子。条锈病的夏孢子堆椭圆形，排列整齐，状如缝纫机扎的针缝。生长后期在同一部位长出黑色孢斑，叫做冬孢子堆。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">条锈病不耐高温，一般旬平均温度超过23℃时即不能存活。9-10月份侵染秋苗，并在秋苗上面越冬，到第二年的春季如遇适宜条件，进行多次再侵染。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"> 二、发生原因</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">1、品种的抗病性 小麦品种不同，感染条锈病的程度有很大的差异。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">2、气象因素 条锈病的孢子要求麦叶及孢子表面有4-6小时的水膜存在的情况下才能萌发及侵染，所以湿度条件好坏是条锈病流行的关键。因此充足的降雨及灌溉都能为为条锈病的发生提供有利条件。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">3、充足的菌源量 由于条锈病的孢子能随风在高空作远距离传播，我省的条锈病孢子大多是随气流经甘肃，青海等地传播而来。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">三、预防措施</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">1、选用抗病品种。条锈病菌生理小种多，变异快，导致小麦品种抗性不断被新出现的生理小种破坏。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">2、加强田间管理，培育壮苗，增强小麦抗性。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">2、药剂防治①药剂拌种，可用种子重量0.02%的戊唑醇或者种子重量0.03%的三唑酮拌后播种 ②田间喷药防治，条锈病的防治一定要做到早发现，早防治，一旦发现，立即选用用三唑酮、甲基硫菌灵、腈菌唑等喷洒发病中心；在田间达到防治指标时（病叶率达到3%～5%之间）可选用上述药剂按推荐剂量全田普遍喷药。</p><p style="margin: 5px 0px;
