max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">小麦是我省两大口粮之一，也是夏粮的主要作物，常年产量占夏粮总产的80%以上。今年入春以来，小麦条锈病呈显发病早、程度重、流行快的态势，目前发病区域涉及7市55县280万亩左右。病害发生以来，各地各相关部门高度重视，在早发、重发区域实施应急防控措施，有效遏制了小麦条锈病蔓延扩散。据气象部门预测，今年4月至5月，关中、陕南大部地区降水较常年偏多，易于小麦条锈病扩散蔓延，对稳定夏粮增产增收造成严重威胁。为认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于春季农业生产的重要指示精神和李克强总理的批示要求，切实加强小麦条锈病防控工作，全力夺取夏粮丰收，确保全省粮食安全，经省政府同意，现就有关事项通知如下：</span></section><p style='margin: 0px;
