text-align: center;"><br></p><p style="margin: 10px 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">庙会的组织领导:由三个社(许多村子联合)即南社、东北社、西北社各村庄群众推选出领导人，负责组织庙会的管理和治安保卫。庙会由三个社轮流主持，收取管理费和负责保卫工作。治安保卫队伍成员，是由各村抽调</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">强壮正派农民组成，分成若干组，昼夜轮流值勤。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">执勤人员，每人手执红棍到处巡查，发现坏人立即捉拿，交治安办公室严处。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">由于值勤人员多、责任心强，虽然赶会的客商满滩搭建席棚，但很少发生不安全事故。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">白天虽有少数不法分子混在人群中逛庙会，也不敢兴风作浪，大会秩序始终有条不紊。</span></p><p style="margin: 10px 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"></span><br></p><p style="margin: 10px 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">滩里庙何时兴建，庙会始于何时，无据可查。据老年人谈:庙内戏楼相传系鲁班所建，明朝万历年间重修(戏楼天花板上记载)。戏楼北侧太白庙前的石碑，系孙丕扬撰写。由于庙宇、戏楼“文革”前已拆毁，碑记全无，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">具体情况无法考证，但解放前夕滩里庙沿袭下来的盛况，还是记忆犹新，每年农历三月初十前后，各地客商就开始到庙上围占地盘，运送物资，到起会日期，各种物资准备齐全。</span></p><p style="margin: 10px 0px; text-align: center;"><br></p><p style="margin: 10px 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">大会期间，有大戏、马戏、说唱团演出和动物展览以助兴。庙会上交流的物资十分庞杂，有牲畜、农具、铁器、木器、瓷器、京广杂货，生产生活用品应有尽有。川、甘、豫、晋等省的客商分别带来家乡的特产，如</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">四川的竹器、甘肃的山货,都涌向庙会。河南客人来买牲畜,三月十八日前就要买齐运走,因为在这个日子以前买的牲畜,拿上滩里庙会上出具的黄票过关不纳税。热闹的庙会也招来不少服务行业,如餐馆、茶社、露天摆放的各样小吃。同时也引来些不健康的活动,如掷骰子、押宝、摇单双、黑红宝、抽签算卦、相面。在旧社会赌博是受庙会保护的,因为这可以多收管理费(那时叫收底子)。过会期间,两三平方里的荒滩挤满了人群,男女老少黑压压一片,热闹非凡。晚上各席棚内灯光闪耀,似繁星一片,十分壮观。</span></p><p style="margin: 10px 0px; text-align: center;"><br></p><p style="margin: 10px 0px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">滩里庙在卤泊滩的西段,周围一片荒滩,不长树木。因产食盐,地质含盐硝甚浓，地下水又苦又咸,根本不能饮用。滩两边村子的水虽能饮用,但都是咸水,喝了不解渴还肚胀,唯有滩南塬金沟村等几个村子是甜水，而且</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">金沟村的甜水米汤颇有盛名。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">金沟村距滩里庙约两华里,地处南北交通要道，每年到了夏季就有人家在门口摆上桌子卖红豆甜水米汤,为南来北往的行人服务。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">除摆摊外,到过庙会时,来往的客商游人络绎不绝,米汤摊桌随之倍增,为行人解渴歇乏。</span><br></p><p style="margin: 10px 0px;
