color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">中央空调应该要能保证放出足够量的新风、保证独立回风或者不回风。如果身处的室内场所的中央空调无法达到以上标准，则应该关掉中央空调。</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">独立的单体空调机是可以用的。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">林炳亮指出，除了使用单体的空调，要确保引进未被污染的新风，使用前一定要做好清洁，空调中的滤网要及时取出清洗，同时用消毒液对空调机芯消毒，定期做好清洁消毒。要注意，即使使用空调后，也仍应该多开窗通风，加强空气流通。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px;
