text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px;">任何社会组织和个人举办民办幼儿园，必须经教育行政部门批准；凡未取得办学许可证擅自举办幼儿园的，属违法办学行为。已取得办学许可证的幼儿园实施年检制度和动态管理。对年检不达标且整改后仍不合格的取消其办学资质。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(2, 30, 170);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">二、</span></strong></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">凡入读非法幼儿园的幼儿，不能纳入学前教育信息平台管理、无法注册学籍，不能享受学前一年免保教费、困难家庭幼儿资助等国家相关惠民政策。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(2, 30, 170);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">三、</span></strong></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">我县公办幼儿园保教费收取严格执行市物价局《关于调整我市公办幼儿园保教费收费标准的通知》标准；普惠性民办幼儿园园保教费按照《渭南市普惠性民办幼儿园认定及管理实施细则》和“富平县普惠性民办幼儿园收费约定合同”规定：“城区每月保教费最高收费不得超过同类公办幼儿园每月保教费的2.5倍、农村地区每月保教费最高收费不得超过同类公办幼儿园每月保教费的2.3倍”，经发改、教育部门审核同意备案后执行；其他民办幼儿园保教费收取标准，必须经发改、教育部门审核同意，并向社会公示后执行。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(2, 30, 170);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">四、</span></strong></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">保教费按月或学期收取，不得跨学期预收。不得在保教费外以开办实验班、特色班、兴趣班、课后培训班和亲子班等特色教育为名向幼儿家长另行收取费用。各幼儿园要在园内醒目位置设立公示牌，并长期公示。公示内容包括：收费项目、收费标准、学前一年减免标准、收费依据、园长收费承诺书、监督举报电话等相关内容。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(2, 30, 170); font-size: 16px;">五、</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">严禁幼儿教育“小学化”，对于幼儿园布置幼儿完成小学内容家庭作业、组织小学内容有关考试测验的，坚决予以纠正，社会培训机构也不得以学前班、幼小衔接等名义提前教授小学内容，小学要坚持零起点教学。对于“小学化”严重的幼儿园，给予当年年检不合格，次年暂停招收新生、分类评估认定中进行降类的处理。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;
